This may be the best way to remember what onomatopoeia means, but these words should not be used in a classroom normally. For example, we say, "May I go to the bathroom? Not, "May I go piss?" Get the class to agree that they won't use these words normally before reviewing this song. Only for the purpose of remembering onamatopoeia can students use these pee words. I can't think of any other set of onomatopoeia words that work
better for this purpose. It really does stick in your mind. Some classes may be too immature to handle this so teacher discretion should be used.
